I see some stuff on the Village Works page that I don't know how to build! How do you get the second story to "overlap" the first story? Also, has anyone cam eup with some great combanations? I'm a little tired of the same sized "small building." Can they be combined easily to make strange shapes? How does the roof fit? Take some pictures and post them!

I’m not sure what you mean by "overlap". The building sections are modular and meant to come apart so you can create unique building combos. If you’ve added the "building tabs" as noted in the instructions then the way they fit together should be apparent. Did you fully read the included instructions with photos? Please give me a more specific description of the problem so that I can help you out  ;)

Oh no, I wasn't refering to a problem. I noticed that in some of the pictures, the second story "hung over the first" by about an inch. On that link you privded, it's the third picture down.

I think the building your referring to is the Small Plaster building that is located in the Village Works/Bases Stories Roofs/Templates directory.  The over hang is built into the story on page 2.  The first page when constructed creates a square base, but the second page when constructed creates a rectangle.  When the rectangle is placed on top of the square an overhang is created.
