Anybody else have a problem with the outer lid sticking to the inner one, so that when you unscrew the lid, both come off together ?

Anyone any tips for how to resolve this when it happens. It's happened to me about 3 times in the last 5 pens and is starting to get annoying.

I usually make sure the thread around the cap is clean and also make really sure that the pen is setting upright. That way, no glue leaks out. I have a bunch of empty Rolaids' bottles, the large variety that I use on my work bench for holding pens, paint brushes, knives, course those go point first if there's no blade cover!

But yes, that's happened to me as well. I usually just screw the cap back on real tight and then screw it off. A couple of times doing that and it usually breaks the glue loose. I guess you could always super glue the applicator to the tube while the cap is off. Then unless the super glue broke, the cap shouldn't get stuck any more.
