Hi every one. Just wanted to say that these model kits are fantastic and like many of you, I am well on my way on to addiction.
I have a question about the relative scale of the floor tiles in caveworks compared to all other sets. They seem to be printing out slightly smaller than , say the floor tiles in Gothic realms. Is this me, my printer , or is this intentional. Any help would be appreciated.

The first and most obvious question...are you printing them out with "scaling = none"?

They should be 7x7 tiles, just like all the other sets.

First try what Andorax has suggested, many times this is caused by improper printer scaleing, so double check your settings.

However, I myself have noticed in the past a 1/16th inch difference in certain tiles before, and it's pretty up and down from set to set, if you mean this slight they your not seeing things. I have the following ground tiles printed and the measurements I am given from them (double checked with a measuring tape as well as ruler).

- Pubs & Inns wood floor dark grid, Gothic Realms Marble checker floor tile, Castles & Keeps standard floor tile, CaveWorks floor tile = 6 15/16ths squared
- Something Below dark water tile, Maiden Water tile = 7x7

This is from measuring tiles that have not been cut out nor assembled yet, doesn't help, but if this is the slight measurement difference your refering to then your not the only one, I've noticed it before myself, though not between the two sets you have mentioned.

I too have noted the 1/16" discrepancy. From previous discussions it is said that this is because of the printer rendering. The stone floor tile of Gothic Realms prints 1/16" off on the vertical axis when printing on my 2 colour printers at the house. When I use the B&W laser printer at the office however it comes out 7" square. I have yet to figure out why.

Thanx everyone for such quick repies. I am glad it is no just me having these 1/16 issues. Every other tile set that I have purchased thus far are fine. Scaling is set right. That was one of the first things that I checked. Any other ideas are welcome. I find the more minds working on a problem the better chances we have of figuring it out.
