Between an inkjet printer, and a laser printer, which one will produce the best results? Which printer is better on cellophane sheets for tranparency printing?

Heh, I suppose what I'm really trying to ask is, which kind of printer works best for this hobby as I'm in the market for a new one. Any tips or recommendations would be greatly valued! I did some reading through the and picked up a few tips on which printers to look at, and which ones to avoid. Anything else I can learn would be a huge help!

I print on both. I prefer Laser. At work they have an HP something or other and I have an inkjet at home. The laser does not run immediately with water. I have stuff printer from 2 years ago and they still look great (from the Laser). The Inkjet (Cannon i850) does great print out but my Mars Station build (3 months) was ruined when my youngest spilled milk on it. It ran everywhere. I believe if it had been from the Laser, I could have saved the vast majority of it.
