The difference is that it appears to completely fill the "paper" on the screen, but not in printing. I suppose it is possible that "paper" that I see with the pdf is only that size.

If so, I think mini chunk may be too small for DDM minis. Even the small bases can't fit in the doors and the medium minis are taller than the openings. Perhaps I should have gone for chunky, and put the builds onto 1" grids.

Well, remember the 'scale' of DnD, it's 1 inch equals 5 feet, so a 1 inch wide door is actually 5 feet wide, which is more than a foot wider than a real door. Also, I believe that most of the doors in the models are about 1.5 inches in height, or close to it which makes them about 7ish feet tall, well closer to 7.5 feet.

As far as figures not fitting, as long as the fit the grid, or are close to the grid, I wouldn't sweat it more than that.

Almost all of the PDFs in MiniChunk are 7.5"x9.5". This is due to the fact that there's still quite a few people out there with printers that can't handle larger image sizes.

It also helps prevent any issues when people forget to uncheck the "squeeze to fit" option.

So, it should print out just fine.

As for the scaling of D&D minis, there's a couple options for doors that may fit your needs.

First, you can take out the door piece when it's opened, and replace it with a 1"x1" flat tile.

Second, you can wiat for an upcoming kitbash done by DeathReaver999. He plans to make a 2" wide base with a nice, wide doorway in it. Your minis should have no problem fitting into that (width-wise, any way).

OK, now my problem is that i try to use some of this stuff with Dark Age and Confrontation, and the doors are at the chin-line of a lot of my minis. I have to copy the images, import them into a graphics program, and enlarge tham as necessary. Actually, I don't have to do this so much with Worldworks, but definitely with some other stuff.
