To reduce from 1/64 to 1/72 divide 64 by 72 and you get .88888 or 88.89%. So print the original at 88.89%. Reducing the size usually does not give any quality loss in the graphics. Increasing the size sometimes does give quality loss in the print.

To increase from 1/72 to 1/64 you would divide 72 by 64. That gives 1.125 or 112.5%. Print the original at 112.5 % to get the larger size.

Here is what you do in order to use ScaleCalc to convert between scales using the 1/64 to 1/72 example from above:

Have the Scale Values window open
In the Input Units section
Put 64 in the Scale box
Put 1 in the Measured Value box
the Units does not matter

In the Output Units section
Put 72 in the Scale box
The Copier enlargement/reduction value will read 88.89%.
So print the original 1/64 scale parts at 88.89% to reduce them to 1/72 scale.
