Just to double check, make sure the "scale to fit" option is unchecked.

It's a common thing to skip.

I dunno, guys. That sounds more like a corrupt file than a scaling issue.


Try unzipping the file again into a different directory, and printing the template from that version of the unzip. If you still have the problem, you might try downloading the whole thing again.

Actually for the Hp it could be a printer issue still, depends on the model. I know that mine has a problem printing PDF files and I had to call tech support to find out what was wrong (had to change a few default settings). Of course I have a designjet lfp so there is a seperate issue there

Actually, this is the exact same problem that I had with my old HP inkjet printer. I could never find a solution, though SOMETIMES if I printed the template in Draft mode it worked.

I wound up using the laser printer at my office in order to print the templates.

I have figured out the problem. It was a problem with the printer settings. When I changed them to turn off scaling I also turned of the centerig feature. Which caused the pictures to print so close to the edge the printer heads couldn't finish the picture.

Its unfortunate that I didn't pick up on the problem earlier it would have saved me 12 or so printed color pages. But the walls don't show that missing 16th of an inch the way the template does.
