Just an FYI. When I updated to the latest Canon driver, and the latest version of Adobe Reader...I am now able to print Dungeonworks pdfs without any margin truncation!
I don't know why it worked...but it worked!
Figured I'd pass it on. I used Win. XP, Adobe Reader 6, and the Canon driver bjc250Win2kXPv150.exe...

Sadly no. still looks bad. Not sure if the BJ-250 Lite series just can't print that high a quality or what, but I'm hoping there's another answer... -Nemesis
