In a Boardgame Geek thread under the WormHole listing, someone mentioned that their cardstock prints tend to start flaking off around areas that are scored. Has anyone here experienced that and is there a workaround or technique to avoid or deal with that? Thanks.

I have had that when printing from the laser printer at work. It does not happen with my inkjets, so I tend to only print stuff that will not get folded at work, and do the folded stuff at home on the inkjets. I think I came across a similar thread a while back. Might be worth searching for it in the tips and tricks area.
