One small note, i would suggest after printing placeing the card stock btween 2 books so it drys flat. All the ink caused mine to warp, which made it harder to glue together.

A great suggestion! Are you using 110 LB cardstock? I use the 110 grade and warping doesnt seem to be a big issue. Your warping could also be due to an improper DPI (Dots per inch) setting in your advanced printer options. You only need your DPI set at 320. If you have it any higher than that what happens is the printer over-saturates the cardstock with ink. WorldWorks models are optimized at only 200 DPI so a printer setting above 320 is overkill.
