I recommend Inksell.com for their tools, but their ink is overpriced. Buy their "refill kit" (w. tools), then buy subsequent ink bottles, from a lower priced vendor.

With regards to getting ink on your hands, visit your local Wal-Mart, K-Mart, Whatever-Mart, and pick up some disposable, non-latex gloves. They typically run around $6/100 count. I use them for applying the Dip Technique, refilling my ink cartridges, and many other uses (like cleaning with caustic chemicals, in the WC/bathroom...). Cheers!

Well, got the refill kits quickly and was happy with the size of bottles included. The chip resetter looked a bit toy-ish, but did the job as advertised. One problem that came up immediately was that the resetter is for original equipment cartridges. My Epson CX3200 has been using cheaper Quill brand cartridges that had chips in them. I assumed that they would reset just like the Epson models, but it didn't work. Checking the fine print in the chip resetter, I see that this must be common. Anyway, a quick trip to the base exchange at Wright Patterson and a new original equipment cartridge found its way into the printer. I printed out 4 of every type of building in Village Works set, with 18 different tiles, one of each accessories such as well and mill wheel, which used up the original cartridge quite well. A quick shot with the refill kit, taking less than 10 minutes with little mess. After putting the cartridge back, I continued printing, comparing the new ink with the original. I couldnt see any difference. It smelled like the original, something I noticed in some of the other brand replacement cartridges that didn't always have the same smell. Now that I have the 'kit' and the resetter, I can purchase just the ink bottles and can do a lot more refills for the same price. So, at least as far as the kits for my Epson printer, I am very happy with the quality of the ink and materials, as well as their online information and instructions.
