I have Gimp 2.4.6, and I've opened the PDF's using 300 dpi resolution. I let it determine the page size as needed. I created a blank page the same size and resolution as the imported pages. Then I cut, pasted, moved, scaled and got the images the way I want. When I try to print, the image didn't come out, so I saved it as a .png and printed. I didn't have the printer fit to page or anything, but the scale somehow got reduced when I printed the png. Maybe I need to use a different file type or a different printing program (I used the default windows one).
