Is it just me or does it require some modifications during construction to make it look good? It seemed that if I did it by the book the glue tabs on the paddles would hide all kinds of fine detail on the back wheel and they wouldn't have lined up very well at all with the 'supports' on both wheels.

The tabs for gluing the paddles on to the solid back wheel where way too big. They covered up all of the nice detail of the back wheel. Ended up trimming them way down.

I tried keeping the paddles together in the 'accordion' shape but they didn't want to line up right with the supports on the wheels. I cut them all apart into separate pieces and glued them on one by one. Then the ones that touched at the center I glued together so they would support one another and stand straight.

It ended up nice though; a neat little thing to add in! Now I need to decide what building to associate it with =)
