That is a tough question to answer. The actual page count won't help - it includes directions and such. Even stripped of directions, the page count would only tell how many pages if you made only one copy of everything - and some things, like corridors and doors and floor tiles, you're probably going to want multiples of.

This might help a little:

Corridors
Long Corridor: 1 per page
Short Corridor: 1 per page
Corner: 1 per page
Crossroad: 1 per page
T Interection: 1 per page
Smart Slide Doors: 10 per page (5 various types)

Freestanding
Long Wall: 2 per page
Short Wall: 2 per page
Doors: 2 per page (3 different types)
Big Riser: 1 per page
Short Riser: 2 per page

Props
Fireplace: 1 per page
Beds & Chests: 6 Chests, 4 Beds per page
Library: 2 Bookshelves, 2 Columns, 1 Lectern per page
Tables, Chairs, Torch: A bunch per page
Torture Room: 2 Racks, 2 Columns per page
Weapons Rack: 2 per page

Plus there are floor tiles - each floor tile is 8" x 8" (one per page), plus the borders if you want to print them.

So, you should think about how many of each type of piece you want. 8 each of Long Corridors, Short Corridors and Corners alone is 24 pages, plus 4 each of T-Intersection and Crossroads, plus 2 sets of Doors, and you're at 34 pages.

I ended up using the Dungeon Works set I built a year ago for the first time in months, and came up with a technique for 'running dungeons', which is to say keeping tunnels on the table for as far back and forward as they can see, and sliding the section they are in towards the middle of the table, removing sections behind them and putting new sections in front of them, this way three of most of the sections will cover almost everything, four or five for the corridors.. Give it a try and see what you think.

This was for a chase through a sewers, I had originally planned to do a semipermanent set up with Gothic Realms, but didn't get around to doing so before the game. For the chase I think that this actually worked better.

*EDIT* I also had built some rooms made to standard sizes, 20x20, 25x20, 25x25, 25x30, and 30x30, which again for the chase, worked just fine, the quick shuffling of pieces adding to the sense of motion. Fortunately there were no dwarfs in the group to slow the PCs down...
