My gas station GOLDEN SHIELD has a flop.
My holes are still tight both upper and lower.
Has anyone kitbashed a more sturdy set of pillars for the Gas station roof thingy..(sorry don't really know what you would call it) The thing that goes over the two pumps.
I have contemplated Hot glue, but I break it down and pack it for safety(young children) after gaming and would like to continue doing so.

I see the new supports for the Terra Links stuff. Has anyone adapted that sort of feature for their gas station?

I don't own any of the newer products yet so it is only pictures I am seeing of how they anchor pillars now.

There are all kinds of things you can use to re-enforce wobbly sections:

1) Foam core
2) wooden sticks / stirrers
3) More card

Just stick them to the inside of the supports - before building them is easiest, but you may be able to fix up the ones you have if you can open the tops up enough to get inside.

See I knew I was not being clear. Sorry for that.

It is not the actual posts, they are rock solid straight. It is the top and bottom were the posts go into the base and cap of the model.

I am thinking of creating smaller diameter Post and will hot glue(Because my station is all put together other wise I would use normal glue) them inside base and top then will insert the posts on them That should remedy my situation.
I will log my success or failure here with some photos.
