Hi, anyone use this printer worked at a solution to this?

Or can anyone suggest what i can do to fix it.

Its the only thing that messing me up now. I want to build and my reddy forge room looks like its got a purple haze.

Okay I don't own this printer but I'll try and help (i did install all the software). The below is my best guess on what to try

colour profile under properies>>advanced should be sRGB this looks to be the only option so should be correct

Check none of your carts have a slight ink block (primarily green), a test page can normally pick this up (check the windows logo) or print one of the colour pages from the below doc:

check settings
Properties>>advanced>>printing defaults
~set to correct paper
~ set to Natural, if thats what its on try vivid

If all of the above is working fine you'll need to manually adjust your colour profile (a pain in the neck ):
Properties>>advanced>>printing defaults>>advanced>>colour settings

tick on colour enhancement
either adjust the red and blue sliders down or
adjust the green slider up

do test prints to see if you get an improvement, adjust again if you need
