You don't even need graphics manipulation skills for this one. I LOVE LOVE LOVE the natural grid that WWG uses.

My players ... do not. Sometimes the natural grid is a little TOO natural for them, and they have a hard time counting squares (we play D&D).

So, here's what you need: A ZIG Writer double-ended pen in Platinum. You can find these in places like Michaels or Hobby Lobby in the scrapbooking section.




Use the fat end, not the skinny end. The skinny end makes too dark a line; the fat end leaves a nice, translucent line on the page. Just grab your ruler and make a grid. The Platinum color is a perfect light warm gray.

I have had the complaint once or twice for specific tiles, but my response is usually something along the lines of "maybe you could help build some of it and then you would have some say in it." This is usually said with a hefty tone of humor and sarcasm to keep things light, but they get the idea...
