I'm playing with some kitbashing options and want to print a few files at a reduced size. I don't see an option in Acrobat to do this...help! How do I do it?

If you don't see a Scaling option in the print dialog, usually you have to go into the Printer Properties (in Windows, click the Properties button right next to the Printer select option) and find it there. Its usually under Scaling.

On one printer I'm connected to, I have to go to the "Job Finishing" tab, click the "Scale Printing" button, and then use a slider for the Scale factor. On my newer printer, I have to go to the "Effects" tab, and there is a Scaling panel there, with a variety of scaling options.

It must be my printer (Lexmark Z52), I don't even have a Scaling tab in the properties....

Hmph! I was hoping this would be a software issue...

One way is to select a smaller size paper then choose shrink to fit page in the print dialogue box. You don't have much control that way, though.

Another way is to use the graphics select tool to select what you want to change, choose copy from the edit menu, then paste into a graphics program and make your scaling changes there. You have a lot of control of the size that way.
