I'm new to these forums too. I've only been on here a few days. (LOVE everything so far, btw!)

I was thinking to myself... that when I actually get around to piecing my Mayhem stuff together, it'll be so I can run a 'SuperSystem' battlegame, at a hobby-store exhibiition.
(I figured the added terrain/city pieces would give it an 'over-the-top' visual appeal.)
But, while I was planning out what pieces I'd need to build, a thought occured to me...

WHAT reason do you have to put together a cityscape, and play a game with it? WHAT PURPOSE does it serve, IN the game?

Well, varied terrain is 'nifty' to be sure! LOTS of places to hide behind, duck for cover behind, climb over, etc...

But, then it hit me...
(Especially for a REALLY 'superheroic' game..)
...the cityscape is actually there to be 'DESTROYED'. (NO! I don't mean to go around 'bashing' your pieces to oblivion, as you play. THAT would be insane!)

What I was thinking was...
Wouldn't it be nice to have some generic 'RUBBLE' pieces and tiles, to put down.... on the game spaces... as you removed buidlings and such, from the game as they were destroyed?

One of the Mayhem files, has a 'damage-pothole' tile already. (To simulate street level bombblast damge -or- poor quality street construction.) More of these (bigger perhaps?), would be ideal. As well as, something to mark 'collapsed buildings'.
What I was envisioning was a simple rough-pyramid shape, with slots to stick on some protruding girders and standing wall-sections. (Ala.- World Tradecenter aftermath photos. <--- No offense intended, anyone.)
I dont know if I made my 'idea' clear, but I still thought it was a 'useful' idea for gaming. So, there it is

ALSO, a 'construction site'... for incomplete skyscrapers would be nice. (Something that you could add, as the top half, to the skyscraper piece, from Bots-of-Mayhem: Downtown. OR, also set it at ground level, for BRAND NEW 'foundation-work' on a skyscraper.
I'm envisioning something with various 'platforms', 'girder-work', and 'walkways'. etc.
Good idea?

There is a nice crater in the Mayhem kitbash section, and a rubble tile in Streets of Mayhem.

There is also a burnt building kitbash that serves nicely as a destroyed version of the Mayhem armory apartment.

Ranger Jim bashed the containers into a , may be useful for a construction site, but really more of a storage facility or dock type thing. imo.
