To complement the ever growing range of modern urban terrain, how about a set of modern rural buildings:

Streets with Dirt/Grass instead of Sidewalks
Dirt Roads

Truck Stop
Diner
General Store/MiniMart
Sherrif's Office
Doctor's/Vet's Clinic
"Emergency Services" Garage (a single large garage holding the Sherrif's patrol vehicle, Ambulance and Fire Truck)

Single Family Houses (these would work well for both small towns and suburbs)

Farm Houses
Barns/Stables
Fields/Pastures/Plantations

Tractor
Combine Harvester

Sounds good.

You might add the following, too:

An outhouse
A greenhouse (both the large and the garden variety)
A hen-house
A gas station / mechanic shop combination (maybe even with a carwash)
Cabins & Lodges
A raised hide / raised blind
Modern carriages (and/or Amish carriages?)

Shinobi, Bob Cooper (Andorax) has an Alleyway kitbash that details how you can make some row houses. In addition to his siding kitbashes it should get you all you need to make some cottages.

I got the Siding Sets #1 and #3, plus the Alley bash. Looks promising for the external elements of basic houses. I can do the interior stuff with Shellendrak and the Pubs Interiorworks, plus a few bits and pieces from Harbourmaster and Armoury.

Only one problem though. The Alley groundtile is gridded .... *sigh*. I'm hoping that an ungridded version is possible.

Plus I would also like a road tile that would represent a dead end in a housing estate... like the end part of a housing road that has an enlarged 'roundabout' area at the end, but no exits...... hard to describe....
