How about generic sales counter, display racks, cash registers, and "aisles" or merchandise shelfs? Especially since the mall kitbashing is improving. You know, the basics you need for a store (Like the armory, but perhaps with the actual "goods" interchangeable, like the liquor shelf accsessory). You'll get a better idea when I post some of my buildings, modified several of said items to make a beer store, bait and tackle, etc.
