Their interiors are great. However, I printed some off to do some interiors with office block (from Downtown) and found that my print-out of the interior was smaller (not long enough) than the exterior. Keep that in mind if you use them--some kitbashing required.

The sets do vary in wall length. The latest releases tend to be 6" in length, covering both 1" and 1.5" grid crowds easily, but the earlier sets were 7" and included 7.5" for the 1.5" grid crowd.

You might need to kitbash an extended wall, or kitbash the external wall to be shorter, but will also need to kitbash the windows to the correct position and style. If you are using transparencies it has to be almost perfectly aligned, though with darker frames, edging can help hide slight errors.

Most of us started out with totally no idea on how to kitbash with graphic design programs - now most of the guy around here have passable skill levels. Learning is more fun once you start to realise how much you can mod your city.

ok I downloaded GIMP. Looks confusing, but I will play around with it and see what I can come up with.

GIMPs got way more than enough tools and option to be overwhelming. But to do interiors you'll only need some basic tools. And there are several of us on the board that use it if you have some questions.

If it where me I would recommend you make the walls and windows/doors on separate layers. And make sure you always keep a copy of the layered file.
