I know this was covered somewhere, but I can not locate where the directions were and I am five pages into this section. So far I own about eight or so TLX sets. Last night I went back into the catalog to get those free kitbashes and got up to $45 before I realized they are not free. And, I noticed that several sets I bought do not show up as bought. Is there any help for me? There was a time back awhile ago after I set up my PayPal account that I was having some problems with my credit card being associated with different accounts or some such mischief. May have used a different card for them. How do I go about getting all this rectified? I would like these kitbashes. If they are free, I would rather get them for free, otherwise it will take more time to collect them. |

If I'm not mistaken some kitbashes come free with particular sets. When you log in to the WWG retail page and you are in "My Home". You will see your collection. On the right hand side you will see a section that has "My Public Profile", "My Collection" and such. If you keep looking down you will see "My Kitbashes" and "My Freebies". Is that what your looking for? |

My collection does not have the Thoumonts or Streets in there. Think I paid under a different name and therefore the freebies are not in there for those. How does one get in touch with the management? I mean, except for accidental posts. Those kitbashes are pretty sweet and I would rather not have to pay for them if I don't have to. |

Thanks ZenGuy; Never wandered down there. Never had a problem. Always been pretty happy. And this in no way reflects on WWG. This is I think, something that happened between PayPal and me a couple of years ago when my credit card expired and I had to attach a new one. Me and computers do not play well together. |

Think I found my answers. Not the ones I was hoping for, but I believe WWG Customer Service Rep dug to the bottom of my mystery. My appreciation goes out to you for your kind help. Will cost me, but the truth sometimes hurts. ![]() |

Well, though I do not actually know the truth of what occurred, I do believe I know what more than likely did happen. What I believe to be the truth is unpleasant for me to bear, but the truth is better than not knowing. That I can live with. I would like to thank WWG Customer Service. The person whom ever it was, was very professional and personally friendly. I feel like I found a new friend, even though I don't know who it is. ![]() |
