More roady stuff: Cobblestone road seemed like a good addition. Lake shores: Yeah, I know, there's something similar available, but I prefer my own set. Basically Hinterland rivers combined with Canals water. Swamps: Basically Swampwood with (new) Hinterland grids and some shape modifications for improved flexibility. |

Is there even a point in trying to submit a kitbash with only a 1 inch grid? Because I have no interest in making 1.5 inch and gridless versions. Though I guess I could try to convert this to a TLX format... somehow. |

1 inch only kitbash would be rejected, so don't waste time and energy with that if you don't intend to create the three versions. It's sad because I'd like to have at least your swampwood village conversion, but as I'm a 1.5inch player... |

Sorry. I just don't see it as a priority to redo each of these two more times when I can spend that time on making more new ones. |

Speaking of which... One of the tiles is 6x9 inches. |

I like a lot of stuff that's in the Swamp Woods set. The image in the upper-right of this promo shot really makes me smile. Anything that'll give me more trees, too. Very cool stuff. I noticed in one of the promo pics the removable tree top - the very tops of the trees look like they'd make great shrubbery too! |

Yep, you get a simple tree with a swamp basing. A complex tree that's much much bigger than the Hinterland ones (but uses the same texture). With this large canopy too. And there are huts that can be build into trees. There's also some walkway elements that look a bit like foliage. Content wise SWV is pretty neat. I like the idea of using the top element of the large tree as shrubbery. I've been trying to figure out what to represent those with for a while, almost started making my own. |
