By the way, that fogging will occur with any glue that releases fumes during its curing. Cyanoachrilate(sic) [Crazy Glue, Zap-A-Gap, etc.] does the same thing to clear plastics. I used to cover the clear plastic pieces with "Elmer's Glue All" when I was painting, gluing and then "dull-coating" a model. After all that was done you could peel the "Elmer's Glue All" and the clear plastic remained clear. |

okay guys the liquid plastic glue from games workshop indeed fogs the plastic but if you take a bigger piece of plastic this can be avoided i think. the problem is that in my case (but this could be because the glue is pretty old by now) the glue did not really stick good to the paper. It may seem that this is perfect plastic to plasic glue but plastic to someting else is something else. The fogging could indeed be used for cool fogging and icing effects. the idea sprung in my mind to fog some windows in the pub on a cold winternight like in icecrystal kind of idea around the edges of only bottem and left for instance as if it started collecting some snow. |

Well Magsman maybe when my sharn terrain is playable we can enjoy a drink and play. We are almost neighbours Would be great to have a drink with a fellow model addictive. Maybe even share some ideas and inspiration who knows. |
