Post subject: | CWU Textures for a Pubs & Inns Stage |
I made another one! In the Eberron Adventure thread, we were discussing options for the stage of the Broken Anvil Inn. I suggested some of the floor textures from CWU. We decided that for that particular Inn, though, a regular wooden floor (same as the rest of the floors in P&I) would work best. Now that I'm building my own Inn, however, I decided to make mine a bit more upscale than the Broken Anvil. This is technically a CWU kitbash, as it uses only textures from that set. And what Castle wouldn't have a stage, anyway? ![]() I made it a triangle shape to fit the stage into a corner, and to compliment the stage curtains I made. I modded the Photoshop file so all I have to do is print & cut. Start with your basic stuff. I gave it a solid base for better stability, and so it won't slip off the edge of my foamcore based floor tiles. Once built, here's what you'll have. A nice little riser gives depth, without looking too imposing. For the riser, I used the textures from in between the stone tiles. Here's an aerial view of everything together, curtains and all. The final product! A nice intimate setting; perfect for Bards, musicians, and court jesters everywhere! |
