I would like to be able to change the perspective on a wall piece...to give the impression its part of a elevator shaft .
Does anyone know if it can be done in Photoshop?...My current editor...Photoimpact is pretty good for the basic cut , paste flip rotate stuff...and for rescaling....and does have some cool tools for distorting an object...but i cant seem to get it to pull a perspective morph.
Any help or comments would be appreciated

But how about resizing graphic to about 1/2 and then centering it in original and drawing lines in from corners of original to new?

I use an older version of Paint Shop Pro, and one the effects it has is a Perspective morph (that is how I did the stairs I posted a little earlier). If an old (4+ years old) version of PSP has it, any newer version of Photoshop will surely have a similar (if not superior) function.

Lol...The idea does'nt suck...but im trying to maintain the perspective on the texture too ..I had thought of something similar to the way Robby used for his stairwell...which is a stepped proces like you describe...but it didnt come out very well

If not I will get a copy of Photoshop or even PSP.

Thank you thank you Thank you Robby...I downloaded the 30day trial of PSP...and it has exactly the tool I need
As a bonus it also will load PDF's straight from the file...no need for me to copy them to clipboard...then carefully rescale them, to size...which is what I have been doing.
Price is also pretty reasonable for the registered version so I guess you are owed a commision from Corel

Got the elevator and Elevator room done...Decided to not go for the forced perspective thing anyway...will just use an ope floor for the top room
But may make a tile for it later...its not too hard to do with Paint Shop Pro...Im quite liking it:)
Gonna go build it now...see how it comes out...
