One thing that I thought was definately missing from UM:SOM was a train. So, naturally, I took it upon myself to make one  . Talk about a massive project! So far I have the main half of the train engine designed (but so far, untextured). One of the most challenging things was that no matter how hard I tried, there was no fitting a whole train engine on one page... so I had to design it to fit together on 2 pages. Anyway, here are the WIP pics...

I'd like to see this, since one of my upcoming projects is the Lightning Rail for an Eberron game. What do you plan to do to texture it? Could you place a miniature next to it to give us a sense of scale? |

I finished texturing it last night. I saved a untextured copy, so anyone who wants could texture their own... I will have finished pics up soon (most likely later today). EDIT: Done. (I didnt take the time to edge because I was too lazy to find a marker  )

Nice work, that's a cool idea. One of the things I'm attempting to start out with is a passenger train. Nice to see a freight train as well. Are you going to add different cars to it? Arabin |

I might, I'm still debating putting a lot of time into it... I might build a freight car with a removable top, or a passenger car... |
