Gallery is , in case you were wondering... Nice work, CBF! Did you make any changes to the design to simplify the 1:300 build? E.g., if you get rid of the roof overhang, the entire house could be one contiguous piece of paper. Just as an example - I don't think that would actually look as good. But there may be other details that won't really be missed at that scale, and whose ommision would allow to drastically simplify the design at that scale. Nice manor house too! |

Actaully the overhang is there..., looks quite good. Other than changing the medium and doing the 're-scale' no other changes made. |

That looks pretty cool, CBF. How does the build time of a mini-building compare to the full sized version? |

Probably similiar. Although smaller the details are also smaller taking more time to cut right. Thanks to the small sacle however the warping from any glue is almost non-existant as there is so little glue.. The bigger stuff is priority for 3 weeks but then I will get back to the 6mm and make a few vsettlements to use as 'camps' for DBM. (120x80mm bases) |

I love the tiny buildings, CBF! Personally, I really enjoy the challenge of building the tiny stuff, with most of the tabs intact, like my build. It's so much fun. Thanks for the pics! Keep it up! ![]() |
