I've been working on my "BugHunt Halls" kitbash, and have some progress pictures for you to peruse . It's still a ways off, but the mod includes the wall braces, and a bunch of pipe parts, pipe curves, and other pipe trimmings. It's coming together nicely. It's simple but repetitive, so it's probably only for those who are into detailing like mad, or those with a touch of OCD. |

Woah...that is a nice addition! Really adds another layer of reality to things. |

Great job, Hot4! Looks awesome. Although I have to admit I'm not looking forward to the prospect of doing all those tiny tabs. Are those pipes compatible with a somewhat standard size drinking straw? I might want to try simplify your design a little, and just stick drinking straws through the FL wall braces. ![]() |

Wow does that look cool as hell! Nice ideas...way to much fiddly detail folding and glueing, but wow! ~Floyd |

I like the addition to the halls, the piping looks very nice. Course, I can tell that it's a little more complex than just doing the halls though! ![]() But it also adds quite a bit to the look! Man that's looking pretty slick! Gotta build some of my First Light and try this out. You really are inspiring some Doom/Aliens feel there. Good work! ~Floyd |

Those new pics really show off just how well those pipes fit with FL, and give it a sense of claustrophobia - perfect for a bug hunt. ![]() I think the corner turn looks just fine with the straight pieces, btw. |

Are you going to include both the simple and complex versions in your Kitbash submission? I'd love to have the option to choose to do either. |

Yes, both versions, instructions, lots of pipe variations (colours, yellow and black hazard strips, etc) have all been offered up unto the kitbash gods. Whether they are deemed to be worthy or not remains to be seen. |

I see that this is now available as a kitbash from the official kitbash downloads page. Cool! The "Something Bad" bash is not yet available (so far as I can see) so I think there may have been some ConfusionWorks. The side slider doors will be submitted as kitbash files as well, so look for them in the fullness of time. |
