Cool man! Can figures actually stand on the steps? (do their bases slide underneath nicely?) ~Floyd |

That is incredibly cool, and just went straight to the top of my Kitbashes Wanted list. Please submit this soon! The only thing I don't like much (and it's a tiny thing) is the way the second stair (the straight one) ends at the top in thin air... any chance you could extend the curved bar to connect with the rooftop? That is a very minor constructive critism though, and I'd snap this up as soon as it went on sale whether that was changed or not ![]() Arabin |

Np, I'll try to be clearer. In your fire escape album, photo 5 of 13 ( The ladder that comes up to the very top of the roof, seen at the back of this photo. That's the bit I meant that seems to be floating. Does that make more sense? Arabin |

Yep, my suggestion was to add a verticle prong (a step from the ladder turned the other way) to the end of the curve at the top of the ladder so that the ladder comes down and touches the roof. That way it looks supported. Let me see if I can do it in ascii... Currently: __ \ l l l My Suggestion: __ l \ l l l l l l Sorry, if this doesn't explain it, I'll try to put something together and take a photo over the weekend. Arabin |

Yep, that's what I meant. I know it's possible to do, but it is still a kitbash. No worries if you don't want to include that. I'll add it on mine whenever I get a chance to buy your fireescape mod. Arabin |

Those are some gook looking structures but there seems to be no way to get around the ladder opening as shown in this pic: The ladder and the opening span the entire width of the landing. They need a strip of landing next to the building to form a walkway so someone can get around the ladder opening like in these pics: ![]() |

PS: I do think someone should kitbash Sawhat's kitbash to make the bottom stairs retractable! ![]() You could either have it swing up, or even do one of those accordeon ladders that extend when you pull on them. Little fiddly though... |
