Sorry about some of the photography (I sorta am still getting the hang of photographing miniatures).
Anyway nearly everything on this build is first light components modyfied heavily in photoshop. Took a fair bit of figuring out using the deck plans in the Serenity RPG rulebook, but I am mostly pleased with results.
I got to use it in Saturday's game and it was a blast! I used the "miniature scale" deckplans that come with the Serenity GM screen for the lower deck, which was, problematic at best. (I guess they meant miniature scale for 10mm minis?!)
This isn't my cleanest of builds, and I still need to black out most of the outside of the ship(I also plan to add some pipe detailing to finish it off a bit), but this is more or less the completed top deck.
The biggest dissapointment at the moment is probably the Engine room. It did look great, but seems to have got some water on it somewhere down the line
. Plus I might like the Engine to be a bit bigger.
All in all it is a fair bit of work, but is most satisfying to have on the table.
Gotta get started on the cargo bay (Damn. Outta gallery space now).
