Your Favorite Kitbash Contest! (January 2007) Vote above for your favorite kitbash that was realeased in January, and we'll give the winner a free model set of their choice! You've got two weeks to vote - the poll ends 2/21/07, so get crackin'! Here's the candidates for January, in the order they were approved: T Intersection / MiniChunk 1" / by Morgenes: Mini roundabout / Streets of Mayhem / by Roguetrada: Container Stack / Mayhem Industrial / by Ranger Jim: Suburban Dressing / Urban Mayhem / by Bob Cooper: RV Black and Red / Bits of Mayhem / by Slymoon: Mall Entrance / BoM: Downtown / by Roguetrada: --------- If all goes well, we'll be doing this every month. I had to vote for the mall entrance, though it was a tough decision. Both the suburban dressing and the container stack where very close to getting my vote (no offence to the rest of the bashers they are all great items). Each fills a particular role, but the suburban dressing and mall entrance both help to fill a large blank in the mayhem line. While I was tempted to vote for suburban the fact that Bob is a member of WWG crew swayed my vote. Gratz to all those nominated. Next your going to make me chose between the biker gangs and the boxing ring aren’t you (both of which I am waiting NOT so patiently for) Richard |

It was a tough call for me as well. The kitbashes were all pretty useful for different things. I loved the concept of the suburban dressing, but personally felt it fell a little short of what I had hoped it could be. It's still great, but that coupled with the fact that Bob is staff made me vote for someone else. Sorry Bob, it just wouldn't have felt right voting for you, but keep the kitbashes coming ![]() Arabin |

While I love the idea of the winner getting a free set, it might be a better idea to give a monetary credit towards a set. Right now there are a lot of sets up to $15, but with Shellendrak Manor probably selling for more, and Project Wormhole probably selling for a lot more, I wonder if you guys would be better served saying $15 in credit or something. If not, that's cool... just want to mention it in case you hadn't thought about it. Arabin |

Let me know your choice, and I'll make sure it gets to you ASAP! Container Stack / Mayhem Industrial / by Ranger Jim: |

The prize stands. A free set is a free set. ![]() Denny may choose to change that at some future date, but it was his blessing in the first place that made this contest possible. ![]() |
