Post subject: | P-COM Battle-Damaged Tiles |
I originally wanted some battle damaged areas for my AT-43 board, built using P-COM ground tiles. So I used the Mayhem Wasteland tile and replaced the concrete areas with the metal floor plates from P-COM, then made it look a little less clean. Then I decided I wanted some water hazards as well. I was originally going to cut out an existing pond tile and glue it to a plastic piece and have it moveable, but then Andoprax said he was making a bash from the Wasteland tile, and since I already had one of those 'bashed for P-COM, it was little work to fill it with water, hence the second tile. Fthe water I just cut a tile from the Maiden to shape and layered it in, made it semi-transparent throughout so the wateland detail can be seen through it: If anyone has interest in these, I will submit them as a kitbash. |

Nice work. I don't play modern but your tiles gave me an idea. Has anyone made a puddle with other substances? Like oil especially, although I don't know how to do that sort of rainbow effect you see on oil spills. But to be really realistic any modern city puddle would have some oil in it, or at least be muddy. |
