Over in the General Wishlist, I asked if there were any bunk beds around.
Apparently, there weren't.
So, I went about and did some myself...
This worked better than I thought. And it was easier, too.
So, here are my bunk beds.
Bunk Beds
The parts I used are:
- Beds from InteriorWorks: Pubs & Inns, with the headpiece removed on both bunks and the feet of the bed removed on the upper bunk
- Mast Support from the Maiden became the bedframe
- The underside of the upper bunk (not visible in the pic) has a wood pattern on it which originated from the Forecastle Ladders of the Maiden.
This is my prototyp, but I liked it so much that I printed off a dozen of these before I even knew if and how it would fit.
Thankfully, it all worked out the way I planned it.
Otherwise, I would have wasted a handful of cardboard sheets...
