Post subject: | PCON Warehouse |
Hello everyone, latest work PCON warehouse. One of the gamers at the Game Preserve store ask me if I would ever try creating a building with three large rooms that they could explore one at a time. I started this in the spring of 08 and became frustrated, then burnt out on the project. Also my room became such a mess over last summer and it took me a month to clean up this winter so I could start building again This warehouse does have three rooms with connecting inner doors. The roof is in three sections that can be taken off to reveal the other rooms when needed. My next photos will be with the doors off and views of the inside rooms. I need to figure out the best lighting for photos. I'll work on that this coming weekend. More photos to come. Hope you enjoy. Nearly killed me. |

Whoa, what a great build. I love the way you have so many different planes incorporated into the build. What an interesting design, also. Is the brick texture a kitbash? I didn't recognize it from PCON or PCBG. I can't wait to see more pics. I love the idea of having the roof in sections so you can reveal a portion of the build at a time. Luckyjoe |

My first though when I saw the pics was that it reminded me of Ghostbusters and their modified fire station. |

Or the brick could be from the PD. This is one build that LD should sketchup for us. Lord Abaddon of Wormwood |

Glad you are enjoying the photos. I had to do a little research to see where I came up with the wall texture. I used the square sections of the Power core from the red sector set. I used the same wall textures on my Fusion reactor plant build. I love Matt's work. I haven't pick up his latest. DracRTC; My wife and I got a good chuckle out of your writing question about her. She's up for writing some more stories for my builds. Next week I'll add more photos and add a few figures in the shots. I'll also take photos of the doors and try and explain how I created them. I believe I used pieces from Matt's Nightwatch and Red Sector sets. |

Really great work!!! I love things that you can look at over and over and still find interesting angles and such. I hope this does become available in a mega bash. And with a story too!!! (if its not asking too much ... I really like the stories). |
