I started using Denny and Matt's cool Planner and came up with a small map of what will start out as Southside of Mayhem. After looking at Bits of Mayhem, I think this will need to be expanded. The Mayhem line offers so much. I'm also planning on using some of the Mars Station buildings as well. I think it would look cool with the dirty metal outsides. I can't wait for Bits of Mayhem and as you can tell, I'm planning on using the Gas Station and I'm hoping the apartments as well. The park will probably a kit bash that is offered in the store. Thought I'd share and if anyone has any kewl ideas to add, please let me know. Thanks. CCotD' P.S. Thanks to Denny, Matt and Paul for all their hard work and dedication. |

Nice layout! Is there a way to get the parking lots closer to the buildings? Maybe some parking between the Armory and the Garage. |

Thanks Aleph. I had originally intended to copy an urban renew project here where one of the elected officials stated something about "fat assed masses" getting out of their cars and getting some excersise. But a quick rework (and pulling from my Poli Sci and Pub Admin degree and some course work on urban planning) I like the new rendition of Southside Mayhem. If anyone has any other kewl ideas, please let me know. And I need to thank you Aleph and also DNA for your kit bashes with will be used in this rendition. I cannot thank Denny and Matt enough for the IMP for Mayhem. Hopefully with Bits of Mayhem coming out they will expand the offerings in the IMP. CCotD' |

Hey, nice looking layout CCotD! I do like the second one better than the first, but the first one was nice also! Now I don't remember whether I've bought Mayhem yet or not! ![]() Guess I need to go into my WWG folder and see! I might have been waiting to see if the group was buying me it or not, that's the trouble with getting older, all your experience clogs your harddrive space and you don't have room for anything else! ![]() Skunk Check out my fantasy campaign, Wizard Quest, a world using Wizards of the Coast’s 3.5 DnD system by visiting . Thanks SkunkApe. I thought I was doing great until I was humbled by Mychal's Canals of London. That is a great design. Not only does he use multiple WWG sets, he puts the streets on the what should be the rail tracks to make an elevated highway instead of a train. I hang my head. Guess it will take a while before I equal the masters. At the moment I won't be changing my design, but Aleph mentioned that the only way in or out of the Southside of Mayhem was north, I might need to rethink and put in a canal or river with a bridge going over it and I can steal, er... borrow the concepts from Mychal. Now I need to see about getting more WWG sets. Seems that resolution #1 won't be fullfilled this month ![]() Thanks again Skunkape. CCotD' P.S. I guess I should posting designs to User Picture forums. That will happen from now on. |
