As a Stargate nut, I saw that set and immediately had to have it for my offworld stargate. I have been working on a Stargate by Gaslight VSF game as a post-American Civil War thing, and had been looking for something that resembled the gate without being too much like the TV show/movie version, and this was perfect for it. So much potential for other things, too. As a Stargate campaign, it also works in lots of other sets - you can have it in Caveworks, villageworks, castleworks, etc. Might even look interesting out there in the islands with Skull Cove. And of course, who could resist shooting a balista through the gate with Siegeworks!

I built two of them up...one inside a Mars Station bunker-looking building with a concrete (BoM) floor. The other sat atop a series of Mars cliffs. Gave them to a 40K guy for his tournament battles, and he just went nuts over them. Thought they were great, and is hard at work dreaming up multi-table scenarios now.
