Ditch 'em, Denny. Once they start playing silly buggers, it never gets any better. They only learn when they lose money and customers.

Well, I finally managed to get some answers and they are attempting to cover their butts a bit. They are being much more helpful now thankfully. WorldWorks should remain up and running with a short down period sometime this week in the wee hours.

You could always put the pressure on and get the transition to go smoothly, while looking for a more reliable host. The should be bending over backwards to serve each and every customer of theirs, and if they aren't, then they don't deserve the business. There are many options for a host these days.

I ended up going outside of the US for my hosting needs, and used to run a forum on the site... when there was a scare of that particular type of forum getting hacked. My wife had a website on one companies server, and I was with another company. My company proactively went about protecting their customers, and informing us of what was happening... while my wife's company (a US company) did nothing. Her site was hacked, and she lost everything that wasn't backed up... while mine went along without a hitch. Needless to say, we both use the same host now.
