Hey gang,

We're looking for a select group of driven beta builders to help us out with a number of projects. We have so much going on right now that we could really use a hand with test builds and general feedback for various aspects of production.

What we need:

* Time! If you can't offer timely, weekly feedback, or if your life is just too busy then we probably can't use you. We are under deadline on some projects so timely feedback is an absolute must.

* Clear written communication skills required. Testers will be required to offer feedback regarding their build experiences.

* Must be an experienced builder with time to spare. By experienced we mean; you've already built several WWG terrain sets.

* Must be patient and willing to potentially rebuild models in ongoing development.

* Ability to take digital photographs.

* Must be willing to sign relevant Nondisclosure agreements and keep all developments to yourself (or we'll send you to the salt mines!).

I would love to get involved in the beta process! I've been building paper terrain and models since...Gods know when. Before I ever discovered the internet. I have access to a digital camera and enough free time to build just about anything. Only reason I don't build more and take pictures for my personal projects is that I bounce around between them since I rarely get to actually use them for gaming. If given a deadline, I could much more easily focus.

I have beta-ed several video game releases and sent constant bug reports and feedback as well as having kept NDA material confidential, so I should have no issue doing the same for you.

I would love to help you out. I started building with your sets and now I am SKetching them up before I actually build a set. I have posted pics of my builds and I would be honored to assist in any way I can.

I'd definitely like to know more (how much time is expected on a weekly basis, how detailed do you need the feedback & do you want it text-based, video chat, other?). I do have spare time, a good printer, and a camera, tho no mic or webcam.

I would be willing to help out. This wouldn't be much different in workload to the reviews that I have been doing.

Unfortunately, I don't have enough time to do what I'm already doing for you and volunteer for yet another project.

But do keep me in the loop. I would love to see what you're doing, and I can offer any insight from my working with Paizo.

Yes please think of me for Beta Builds Program. I have tried to get into a few of the other Beta test programs, but really what I wanted was to be a Builder for a number of the sets (Wormhole etc), as I have always liked WWG and in general Card Stock models for the ability to create interesting locations or objects to use in what ever system I want, WWG does an excellent job at that.


Specifics
* Time! Yes I have a good deal of free time, no wife, not kids so no pressing issues there, and a job with down time (right now I am waiting for something to Chill to -80 C)

* Clear written communication skills required. Given the incentive I can be very skiled at communication, while not all of my Web posts make perfect sense all of the time, it is largely due to them being quick submissions that a jot down. I have a dsylexia so even a proof reading at the time does not always catch mistakes, I have to put it away for a short time and then look at it later to let my mind kind of blank so I am not just reading what I Think it says, and reading what it really says, reports work well for this as I can write the report, put it aside for a short time, re-read it and then submit it.

* Must be an experienced builder with time to spare. I know that you have seen some of my builds as they have been commented on, I have also built many of Mels, Stone Edges, Mirco-tactixs, and other free and purchasd ones so i have a decent bit of experince.

* Must be patient and willing to potentially rebuild models in ongoing development. From the shots of the same type of model I have built over and over, I think there is little doubt that I can and will rebuild the samething, and in differnet ways to get something I am intersted in.


* Ability to take digital photographs. You have seen the gallery i put up, and since then (X-mass) i have gotten a new Digi Camera which is better than my old one.

* Must be willing to sign relevant Nondisclosure agreements and keep all developments to yourself (or we'll send you to the salt mines!). I have worked under a NDA with WotC and through my work, so no issues there,

Gengis I was about to make a fun comentary regarding the "Clear written communication skills required. Given the incentive I can be very skiled at communication..." but see latter that you have dyslexia and don't want to make fun of it but I've had a good laught thinking about it... -about the skiled not the dislexia... - as you can see I'm also not good at express myself so hope it gets what I wanted to say and no offense taken

About the matter at hand

I've time if it is about to build something like a square house or a dungeon room...and have a week or so for it... something easy can be done... I've camera, I've build a few things ...and really build better if I've something to build not build for pleasure.... but I lack the qualification for communication skills... If you are short of hands (not that this will happen) I would love to try.... but I belive you have a lot of skillfull people here that can do a better job...

I've built several of your sets, and look forward to building more.

As per your requirements, I have a high-end digital camera and plenty of time on my hands (thank you, economy for laying me off). With no job there's not much else going on.

Hopefully I can help you in whatever manner is beneficial to you and WWG. In regard to NDAs: I have worked for many gaming companies under NDAs for the past 20+ years and have no problems with signing them. As of this point, I'm still under NDA with AEG.
