Had a very frustrating day with our host. The site is back up but I'm not sure for how long. We keep getting locked out of our FTP and server side access and we haven't been given a solid reason why. The original supposed problem turned out not to be the real issue. Now they are saying we have a memory usage spike but haven't bothered to tell us what exactly is eating memory, why it's crashing the server or how to fix the problem.

Anyway, still working on it. My sincere apologies for the continued bumpy up-time. I'm hoping to have this resolved before the weekend is through.

Ugg...There is an ongoing investigation into the recent server meltdown. We still don't know the exact cause of the outages. We dug into a number of things which supposedly caused the issue but it turned out not to be that clear cut.

Just know that we are working the problem and if you happen to haunt any of those message forums talking about us, please let them know that we are still alive

Sorry for the up and down server guys. I've been on the phone all day with my host trying desperately to fix the issue and they are doing their best to resolve things. We may be in for a DNS change which will put us down for the count for a few hours but after that things should be running smoothly again.

Really sorry for any issues this may have created for you.

Other than giving me one less thing to do at work...

Hope you can get this straightened out. Must be a massive headache for you. I noticed it was down about an hour ago. Hope it stays up the rest of the night!
