I just wanted to chime in and apologize to everyone for the delay of CastleWorks Ultimate. I was nearing the home stretch but was hit by a sudden inspiration to include a few more items (Little finishing details that really bring things together). In my attempt to “raise the bar” some things are taking more time than usual but it’s only because I really want to please you guys.

Anyway, I really appreciate the patience everyone has shown here and I promise you that it will be worth the wait. I'm nearing the end of the project and coming up on post production elements (promotional pages, flash, final photography and file prep). Should be any day now

~I feel a little like Valve with their Half-Life 2 debacle...only not nearly as far behind

Star Wars Minis uses a 1" grid.

Personally I prefer a 1.5" grid, because when I need to use a grid it is either with clix based figures or with Rackham miniatures which, while having 1" bases, tend to be on the larger side with appendixes and/or weapons "sticking out". So the extra room the 1.5" grid offers is really appreciated.

However I do understand that there are a lot of systems and games which use a 1" grid (though I think it is easier to use 1" figures with a 1.5" grid than the other way round :wink:

).

I applaud Denny for his efforts to satisfy both sides, even if it means we have to wait a bit longer for a product.
In fact once there will finally be Star Wars Minis boosters available where I live I will have a use for the 1" grid too.

The only problem with having a 1.5" grid and no 1" grid is that things built to scale will automatically be one and half times bigger than they would be using the smaller scale - trust me, this makes a BIG difference.

Besides, isn't MK: Dungeons pretty much dead right now?
