My pre-order has been on Maelstrom for over a year now... Hoping to get it within next 2 weeks (but more likely *Soon*) |

Badula already summed it up but yes, if you're buying from overseas its best to look out for local distribution and gaming stores. Beyond that though WorldWorksGames doesn't handle any of the product fulfillment on the order side. That's all in the hands of our friends at Wyrd Miniatures. |

noticed arrival date for sewers is 13/8/11 at maelstrom. so its not long to wait for release after Gen Con madness finishes. So wish I could make it to gen con indi but cant justify the £400 flight plus accomodation from UK to indianapolis. Terraclips would be first buy on my list of to dos. I think i worked it out for 4 day trip plus spending money would cost me about £1800 (about $3000). I even looked at making it a 7 day holiday with the family but that pushed it up to about £4000 just for flight and accom. Its a shame gencon uk has been dropped - had so much fun there in the past (my favourate highlights include drinkin with Jeremy Bullock and Claudia Cristian one evening at the bar while talking football (soccer) and watching kenny Baker and the late Micheal Sheard doing the audiance participation time warp!). I guess the problem is most games companies are US based and getting representatives and such to showcase and sponsor a similar event in the UK is just not profitable. |
