I was looking over the standee offerings and saw Ebbles Labs released the Repair Team, the Itoyo 950 and the Handyman 350!

Gaa! Ebbles Labs is filled with even more releases than I had noticed. I guess I need to poke around the product catalog more often!

Built the Repair team over the weekend for an upcoming encounter. Really liked it came together quite nicely and fast. Was going to do my Roll Areana but have friend with Robo cutter so will get it cut over at his place so I don't mess the measurements up.

Guess so. I hadn't seen the new stuff either. The 'Machine Weapons' look really great. I'm looking forward to seeing how flexible the tripod stance is.

There's no interior for the Percheron shuttle, is there? There's none pictured but it would be cool if the gull wing doors could open.

Mproteau: Oh, you didn't miss any announcements. I'm just kind of adding back my old catalog items as I go along, then making an end-of-the-month roundup announcement on the forum.

Uncre8d1: The Percheron doesn't have an interior. The seating plans for my vehicles are designed around butt-widths and shoulder-widths rather than base widths, so there wouldn't have been any room for figure bases, and I'm of the mind that if you can't actually use the interior, then there's no point in adding one. It lets me design vehicles to a more realistic scale without people feeling put out that they spent hours building an interior that they can't fit any figures into.

That's fair. I think I remember you saying that we shouldn't expect to see all your old stuff up here, but I'm glad you're putting some good stuff up.

I'm really glad he's sprucing up and adding old Ebbles offerings to the catalog. It would be just wrong on several levels to see those things disappear.

Its pretty flexible, although you need to watch how you pose it for stability.
I am glad of the opportunity to get "official" machine cut files for these...I had done some on my own ages back, and they were a little rough Getting them from the Maestro himself, you know they are going to be perfect

So yes, I am glad to see these showing up too...great models, highly recommended

Personally really gald to see Chris bring stuff back. there is alot of his back catalog I want to get at.

Terraclips are so stealthy... I haven't seen any in town yet.

It comes with a flight base freebie in the bonus folder. The bottom part is an oval template that you glue to the back of any 6x6 terrain tile, then you trim it out and cut out the 2 slots in the center. You then cut out and fold a transparency-based stem, insert the bottom tabs of the stem into the slots, then you glue the base to something substantial like matboard, chipboard, cereal box, or whatever. Trim it out and you've got a transparent-stemmed base that blends in with whatever terrain set you took the base tile from. My personal favorite is the blank gridless asphalt tile from Streets of Legend.

You can choose from 3 different stem heights (very close to the ground, 6" tall, and 9" tall, if memory serves), and the stems have tabs that hook into slots on the underside of the Despoiler. You can change bases however you like.

I use overhead projector sheets, which are cheaper and a bit thicker than inkjet transparencies, and simply load the GSD and cut them on my Craft ROBO without printing anything.

The tripods are surprisingly easy builds. I keep meaning to do a mod of double-length legs. Someone on the old Ebbles forum made one and it looked really cool.

I know I've said it before on the Ebbles forum, but I love that "tripod crossing" sign in the photo.
