I got an email alert today about a new reply being made to a TerraClips thread (the one about Sewers Photos). When I followed the link, I found that the last post was made back on 6/12. Is this a bug of some sort or did someone post SPAM and it got deleted by a mod before I followed the link? I didn't see any support sort of forum on here to post this in (at least, none that isn't locked), so I apologize for posting this in the news area. |

Fairly certain that someone posted and the post was deleted for one reason or another. But do let us know if it happens again. |

Yeah, that'll happen sometimes. From time to time, spammers will post in a thread and a mod will nuke it, or a mod might be cleaning house, and so forth. I know I've deleted quite a few spam posts over the past couple of days. Because the email get sent out before the post is deleted, there's no take-backsies after it's winging its way to your inbox, and you'll end up visiting a thread and feeling vaguely like somebody rang your doorbell and ran off.
