Any plans for non-arid skins? I'd buy multiple copies if there was also a verdant version. |

i really like this swifscenic model! i won't ever play a cowboy-style gdr but i think i could use those in my fantasy campaigns! no need for an adjustment in a dark sun-like campaign it would be nice to have a more... rocky but not sandy texture, that would... ROCK!^^ maybe a good call for a kitbash? |

Pretty cool. I wonder how hard it would be to mod some of those mesas to be twice as wide but keeping the same height...I guess I'll find out after I purchase. |

Uhm... don't know if it's intentional, but the instructions file shows steps only for the Big Bluff piece (nothing for the Plateau or the Small Bluff) and the wooden bridge. Having some papercrafting skill under the belt and following the basics laid out for the Big Bluff, it doesn't seem too hard to build the other two elements either, but newcomers to the hobby could find it a bit confusing. |

An observation: the set could use a long straight piece for creating canyon walls. While the individual pieces look great they look like just that - individual pieces, and bumping them up against each other to create a long canyon face will likely look a bit off. A long, more or less rectangular, section could be used to create something a bit more natural looking. Better would be two, with one narrower than the other so that they can be stacked to create a ledge. Of course, if you are planning a TLX expansion to be compatible with this release then a long rectangular piece becomes largely redundant. |
