Yep, nothing dramatic happened. It's exactly like Zorg said, and the catalog transfer happened a couple weeks ago.
I figured I could spend my time spiffing up 9 years' worth of ancient promotional assets to look good against a dark-themed website, or I could spend that time having fun working on new stuff. Having fun working on new stuff won.
I also love developing models in an informal, cozy, and personal setting where it feels like I'm inviting people into my workshop to kibbitz, so I found myself showcasing my paper model activity almost exclusively on my blog. It also happens in my spare time and doesn't really feel like A Job to me, so I decided I might as well just run with that ball.
To that end, I restructured that activity into a part-time side business that costs less than $50 a month to operate and re-listed all my old stuff as imprints. I continue to make new Ebblesverse models, people keep me stocked in Community Coffee and pizza, and everybody's happy.
As for making announcements and stuff here, it didn't seem like that big of a deal because it's just a catalog transfer with zero impact on existing customers and I'm still a part-timer here. In fact, all of the stuff I did under the WWG label is still up (the Podtel, cars, my half of the Roll Arena), and I still have plans to work with Denny on Roll Arena-style collaborations and other non-WWG projects as our schedules permit.
