Regarding the dpi of WW stuff, I seem to recall Denny saying the PDFs were 200dpi, and the CDs may end up being 300dpi, because there's no restrictions on bandwidth. Denny, is this the case, or have you made a decision about the CD's final resolution? |

Hey Denny. Yeah. I can vouch for long (superlong) download times with dialup. Back when I first purchased the Maiden from RPGNow, the screen said it was a 7-hour download. So I started downloading it before going to sleep one night, figuring I'll have a nice complete download when I get up in the morning, right? Nope. Session timed out. Fortunately, RPGNow reset the downlaod for me (and very quickly too, I might add). Time to downlado with DSL - less than 3 minutes (IIRC). Fortunately, with my new computer and cable modem, I won't have to worry about that anymore. When you do open the store, a warning about download times may be in order. Oh yeah. And keep up the good work. Your stuff rocks! |
