Greetings all, I've been away from this site for quite some time, kind of lost heart after a major hard drive failure cost me my entire gaming collection. Wanting to get back into modeling as a hobby so came to WWG to see what's changed in the past couple years and HOLY WHA!?! Lots of changes and plenty of new products that I cannot wait to start on... but where to start! What products are interchangable with the new systems? When I last looked the Terrainlinx system was still in it's infancy. I don't remember if I ever purchased it (if I recall correctly there was only one product at the time). Is it interchangable with this new tangable product I see (TerraClips)? Where do I want to start? Have there been kitbashes to make older products interchangable with the new systems (SoM and CWU especially, two of my old favorites). What happened to the adventure systesms that WWG had released? I searched the catalog but couldn't find them either in the D20 or SW versions. I had 1-3 if I remember right and think the 4th wasnt too far from completion. What about Wormhole? I see the second fleet was released are there any other fleets planned for the near future? It was a great system so I hope it hasnt gone the way of the dinosuar. I could have sworn there was also plans for a similar fantasy system that went hand in hand with LotDG but I must have been hit on the head too much as I see nothing about that either. And as a final note; are any of the old crew still hanging around? WWG had a great forum comunity when I faded away, hope plenty of the old fans are still around and kicking here. -Richard |

Welcome back. Times have moved on and things have changed, some. Many of the people are still here, some have moved on I suppose. Hang out and add your pov, though we are in a dry spell now as Denny is working on his 3D computer game. Maybe you should check your collection and find out how much you can download to your new computer. I did a back up onto a flash drive. Had placed it on a CD ages ago, but I lost it. lol |

I kept everything on external hard drives, lost everything when they crashed. I attempted (unsucessfully) to have the data salvaged but also had a lot of things happening in my personal life at the time. End result was I lost a lot of data from terrain and minis to full game systems and more (lost a lot of money and many years worth of collecting). Decided it was best just to walk away for a while. I found the "my collection" link in the store (thanks for the tip), has some of my original collection, sadly I see a lot of products are now retired. Looks like it will take some time and effort to get a decent workable collection of products again. On the plus side I could always start another Maiden. Richard |

All of my papercraft is duplicated via Dropbox - in the cloud and on both my PCs. Well worth the price. |

Thanks Zenguy. Yes, all of my purchases where made through the WWG storefront since that way 100% of my money was going to WWG (except for any specials and promos that may have been through other companies, do not recall any). I believe I had every product prior March 2009 (Edit: Corrected based on order history). Already redownloaded what was availible in the my collections link... now I just need find a little room in my tiny apartment to start building... I don't really NEED a bedroom I guess lol Richard |

Several of the old sets - including some of the old adventures - reside and are available over on Paizo - although they are at the old price structures rather than the newer money saving. So if there may have been some you never did around to acquiring, there they are. (There's still a few I haven't gotten around to picking up.) |

Hi Richard, I've not had a response yet. Suggest you log a request over on the asking for access to a copy of your old sets, just in case that gets through the system faster. |
