Hello, Does anybody know if the "direct contact" customer questions are answered by the site owners anymore? I purchased an item by mistake (similar names "Streets of Mayhem" vs "Mayhem: Streets of Legend") and I'm trying to get the product swapped over but haven't had a reply thus far. Any insight would be gratefully received. |

Since you can download a PDF immediately, I doubt that you would get a return allowance on this even if they WERE around, unfortunately. But, no, the sales/lead staff is effectively persona non-grata anymore. I wish I had better news to offer you. |

Hmm, well they shouldn't be be selling if there is no customer support and naming two products so similarly isn't the best either. Now I have paid for a product that is not usable for my project (yes I'm at fault but almost anybody can make a mistake) with no way of swapping over. and to suggest that the item is a pdf and is not returnable suggests that I'm a thief. I am not, I paid for a product, if I were a thief I would try to download without payment. |

It is, in fact, true that customer service queries to the company owners and artists have been unanswered for a couple of years now. The moderator team tries to handle customer service as best we can. We have no actual authority to make decisions for the company, but can frequently facilitate resolutions to problems and difficulties. Please be patient. Hi punkrabbitt, thank you for your answer. I hope you can facilitate a resolution for me. Hopefully a trusted party here can be given some sort of authority to handle custome enquiries in the very near future. No customer service is VERY unusual. Even the notion of no returns on downloads is getting a bit antiquated. Platforms like steam (who never gave refunds in the past) will now refund for any reason within a short period of time. I own over 400 games on steam and have never used the refund ability. When I downloaded the streets of mayhem, I noticed instantly that the textures I was looking for were not present (dirty streets, square tiles etc from "mayhem:streets of legend") and probably contacted "customer seevice" within 15 minutes of the original purchase time. |
